Need help with a purchase, claim, download, or a specific script? This page explains how paid access works and gives you the fastest way to contact support if something is off.

How to access paid scripts

If you bought while signed in

Complete checkout while logged into your account, wait for payment confirmation, then open your account or return to the paid script page. Access should appear automatically once the payment is confirmed.

If you bought as a guest

Use the same email you entered at checkout. After payment, you should be redirected to /claim/. From there, create an account or sign in with that same email to link your purchase and unlock access.

Missed the redirect?

If you close the payment window too early or never land on the claim page, use the claim email sent after purchase or go directly to /claim/. Enter the same checkout email and continue the claim flow from there.

When contacting support, include the order email you used, the script or plan name, and a short description of what part of the access flow is failing so we can help faster.

Common access issues

Most paid-script issues come from missing the redirect, using a different email at claim/login than checkout, or checking access before the payment confirmation finishes processing.

When to contact support

If you used the correct checkout email, tried the claim page, signed in to your account, and your paid scripts still do not appear, email support and include your purchase details so access can be verified.

Quick troubleshooting

No access yet?

Open your account and refresh the paid script page after payment confirmation completes.

Bought as guest?

Go to /claim/ and use the same email you entered at checkout. If you create an account, use that exact email again.
